DFM Mimir support

DFM Mimir runs a Danish/English language model on your device. The included model works without an account or internet connection after installing the app.

Common questions

Loading or replies are slow: model loading and generation use substantial memory. Close other demanding apps, lower context/reply limits in Settings, or try CPU if acceleration has a problem. Longer conversations can take longer to process. Compaction can reduce the amount of history processed.

Can I use it offline? Yes. Keep outgoing requests disabled. Search and model catalog/download features require internet access, but ordinary chat does not.

Are answers reliable? The model can make mistakes. Check important claims and avoid treating its output as professional advice.

Where are my chats? On this device. A separately installed SDU app does not automatically import chats from the older personal TestFlight app.

How does feedback work? The thumbs-up/down flow asks before sharing the current chat and summary. The separate publication choice controls permission to publish under CC BY 4.0. Keep your receipt ID if you later want to request deletion.

Read our privacy policy. Feedback deletion requests require the receipt ID and verification through the team contact; knowing a receipt ID does not let anyone retrieve the chat through the public service.
